White cheese

White cheese is a cheese in brine, and in the classical diced-form, is used to refine salads. It is also becoming increasingly popular for hot dishes.

This product is matured in brine, from which it obtains its typical, intensive taste.

White cheese is also available - apart from the cubes (in glass) - as a block.
